Best Easy Vegan Pancakes!!!
For those of you who are vegan or have dairy allergens or just want amazing pancakes and/or your out of dairy?...this recipe will blow your mind. To all you vegans and non vegans, enjoy!
Chef Bren's Amazing Pancake Recipe
2 Cups Pastry Flour (must be pastry flour for fluffy pancakes)
2 Tbl Sugar Cane Sugar
4 Tbl Baking Powder (makes them fluffy!)
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1 1/4 Cups SoyMilk (if none use water)
1 1/4 Cups Water
4 Tbl Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp Vanilla Pure Extract
(Optional)
1 Cup Mixed Berries or chopped fresh strawberries into the batter.
On the Griddle
Use Earth Balance it's amazing! if not bakers spray will work just fine.

Tonights Dinner...
Todays Dinner...
Paia
Paia is a Valencia dish, made for a firework
festival in May 15th-20th. They use this Gynormous pan
called a Paella and toss all these ingredients together, 70% ratio rice and the
other 30% meat of all kinds and Veggies! There are many types of Paia and down
below is my very own favorite personal recipe.
Paia for 6ppl.
1 carrot, small diced
1 celery stick, small diced
2 scallions sliced
2 bell peppers medium diced
2 stocks of Thyme or ½ tsp
1.5 lbs of meat, chicken, or seafood
5 cups of cooked steamed rice
1 tsp of chicken base
½ of water
1oz of pineapple Juice
1 tsp Orange food coloring
pinch of saffron
Salt and Pepper to taste
Sweat veggies with Olive oil on Paella pan or a
wok pan, when they start to look translucent, add the Protein, get some nice
color, then rice and the remaining ingredients. Stir constantly until protein
is fully cooked and water has reduced. Cover it with newspaper and serve.
